to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- must be at least 25 years old to book
- sign a rental agreement upon booking
- security deposit is required
- provide a valid government photo id
- no smoking
- no events, parties, or large gatherings
- the maximum occupancy of 6 guests is strictly enforced exceeding this limit will incur a $200 fine per person, per night
- quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am noise violations during quiet hours will result in a $500 fine and eviction
- this property is equipped with exterior security cameras (video and audio monitoring), including 2 facing the driveway and 1 on the back patio facing outward
